Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products all sales are final.
  • Defective items only will be replaced within 60 days from purchase invoice date.
  • Email cs@lovewinx.com to get approval before shipping. Items shipped without approval will not be replaced, refunded, or returned. Defective item(s) must be in original packaging and include a copy of the invoice. Shipment must have a postage ship date no later than 60 days from the purchasing invoice date.

Shipments

  • LOVEWINX does not guarantee the delivery date of any shipment.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

LOVEWINX makes every effort to pack orders in such a way to prevent product damage during shipment.

  • Shipments become the responsibility of the carrier upon pickup from the LOVEWINX Corporate Office.
  • If a damaged package is received you must contact the LOVEWINX Corporate Office within 3 business days of receipt. (cs@lovewinx.com)
  • Customers must keep the box, products and packaging until a claim is filed.
  • LOVEWINX will file applicable claim with the carrier.

RETURNED PACKAGES

  • If an UNOPENED shipment is refused or returned for any reason, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment LESS a 20% Restocking Fee and the original Shipping Fee. (OPENED ORDERS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN)

STOLEN/MISSING PACKAGES

  • Shipments become the responsibility of the carrier upon pickup from LOVEWINX Corporate Office.
  • If a package is stolen or missing, the customer must contact the LOVEWINX Corporate Office immediately.  (cs@lovewinx.com)
  • LOVEWINX will file applicable claim with the carrier.

MISSING ITEMS

    • If an order is received and an item/items are missing, please contact Customer Service within three business days of receipt.
    • Customers must keep the box and packaging until resolved. (cs@lovewinx.com)
    • LOVEWINX will investigate to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
